Holidays in Japan
Japan is famously called "The Land of the Rising Sun". It one of the most amazing countries where the past meets the future. Japan's culture is uniquely fascinating. Its history stretches back thousands of years ago. One can say that almost all the beautiful ancient Buddhist temples and Shinto shrines are reason enough to visit Japan. One of the best-preserved cities in Japan, Kyoto offers something like 2,000 Buddhist temples and shrines. Tokyo on the other hand attracts its tourists with its skyscrapers, palaces made of concrete and glass, multi-level highway junctions and monorail expresses. The Japanese are well known for their politeness. One of Japan's offering to its visitors are the Geisha, a famous writer said that there is currently no western equivalent for a geisha—they are truly the most impeccable form of Japanese art. Many Japanese are thrilled to have visitors to their country and are incredibly helpful to lost and bewildered-looking foreigners. With its food, its people, its architecture, its culture — Japan is pure bliss.
