Holidays in Malaysia
Malaysia is an attractive world located in the Far East. It is a mix of the modern world and a developing nation thus rich in tradition and history. Malacca, the oldest city on the southwest coast of the Peninsular Malaysia boasts over six hundred years of history and exquisite culinary. The capital city, Kuala Lumpur, is home to colonial buildings, busy shopping districts such as Bukit Bintang and skyscrapers such as the iconic, 451m-tall Petronas Twin Towers. Malaysia's modern metropolis is relatively young. It originated in the nineteenth century at the junction of two rivers. The whole country is like a magnificent fairy tale, a melting pot of various cultures and ethnic groups amid abundant tropical vegetation. Although Malaysia has changed, it has not forgotten the rich traditions of its indigenous tribes yet it is now a country that is travelling into a new age.
